As a dietitian, I spent years helping people nourish themselves, but I kept seeing wellness and enjoyment treated like opposites.
I wanted to create something that felt effortless and like a treat - not a supplement. Something you'd actually look forward to eating every day.

From my bachelor's degree through my master's and dietetic internship, I spent six years studying nutrition science and learning how food shapes the way we feel.
