Crafted by a dietitian, inspired by real life.

I wanted something indulgent, nourishing, and intentional.

As a dietitian, I spent years helping people nourish themselves, but I kept seeing wellness and enjoyment treated like opposites.

I wanted to create something that felt effortless and like a treat - not a supplement. Something you'd actually look forward to eating every day.

Date Yourself is my reminder that nourishment and indulgence can belong in the same bite.

2018-2024

Studying Nutrition.

From my bachelor's degree through my master's and dietetic internship, I spent six years studying nutrition science and learning how food shapes the way we feel.

Working with patients.

Helping people improve their nutrition showed me something simple: people are far more likely to stay consistent when healthy choices feel like something they look forward to.

What started as a kitchen experiment became one simple question: Why can't a snack be both indulgent and intentional?
